Sarah Kiernan, BSN, RN, CLT, is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over 18 years of medical experience. She is also a Certified Laser Technologist whose deep passion for aesthetic medicine began more than six years ago. Sarah’s career has taken her through some of the most respected settings in the industry — including one of the top five med spas in the Western United States, a renowned plastic surgery practice, and a specialty clinic serving the LGBTQ+ community.

Since partnering with Royal Med Spa & Wellness four years ago, Sarah has become known for her artistry, precision, and ability to create results that are both transformative and naturally beautiful. Beyond her clinical expertise, Sarah’s true passion lies in the connection she builds with her patients. She believes that every treatment is not just about enhancing appearance, but about restoring confidence and helping each person feel more like themselves.

In addition to caring for her patients, Sarah shares her knowledge and enthusiasm for aesthetics by training future medical professionals through the National Laser Institute and at Royal Med Spa, where she mentors nurses entering the field. She has completed extensive, advanced training in facial aesthetics and continues to learn alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and national trainers — ensuring her techniques remain at the forefront of the industry.

Sarah specializes in full-face assessment and natural enhancement, combining her deep understanding of anatomy with an artistic eye. She is highly skilled in neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®), dermal fillers (Juvéderm®, Restylane®), and biostimulators (Sculptra®, hyperdiluted Radiesse®, PRF EZ Gel). Her gentle, detail-oriented approach and commitment to safety allow her to deliver elegant, harmonious results that enhance each client’s unique features.

Passionate about education and prevention, Sarah loves empowering her patients to understand the aging process and guiding them through treatment plans that feel approachable, realistic, and beautifully effective.
